Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations. Same day cancellations and no-shows will occur a $30.00 cancellation fee.
* Wait time rates: Wait time is in addition to the calculated trip price and based on your actual return time.
** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office locations, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for wheelchair transportation or a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office locations, a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
